II. R&D Design & Pilot Production — Building Quality from the Source

Prototype Validation

  • Following project initiation, the R&D team develops a technical proposal that undergoes multiple rounds of review.

Pilot Production

Supplier Development & Certification

  • Backup suppliers are developed through a tiered evaluation system.

Incoming Material Inspection

  • The quality department inspects all incoming materials against RoHS and other applicable standards.

  • Non-conforming materials are quarantined immediately — they never enter the production line.

Full Material Traceability

  • The warehouse department maintains classified storage with accurate inventory records.

Standardized Operations & Self/Peer Inspection

  • Detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) govern every workstation.

  • Each workstation implements a self-inspection + peer-inspection system, with Production Process and Inspection Records maintained throughout.

  • When defects are identified, corrective actions are implemented promptly. Recurring issues trigger our Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure.

Key Assembly Controls

For precision inspection equipment such as industrial endoscopes, we place special emphasis on the assembly of critical components — including lenses, probes, cables, and connector interfaces — as these details directly determine product durability.

Following assembly, every unit must pass:

  • Power-on testing

  • Basic functional verification

  • Imaging quality confirmation

This ensures that potential performance issues are identified and addressed as early as possible.


V. Factory Inspection — A Multi-Dimensional, Data-Driven Testing System

Before any product is delivered, it must pass a series of rigorous, real-world performance tests. These are not mere formalities — they validate that the product will perform reliably in the field.

Waterproof & Sealing Testing

  • Simulated real-world conditions verify the sealing integrity of probes and related components.

  • After each test, appearance, connection integrity, and imaging function are re-inspected.

Issue Traceability & Accountability
