A press brake bend angle measurement 3D scanner with 50 blue laser lines at 6.5M points/sec, designed as a digital protractor replacement for sheet metal bending QC.

Key Features

  • Bend angle measurement across the full bend line: scan entire bend length, measure angle variation along the bend, identify angle non-uniformity that manual spot-checking misses
  • Springback angle calculation: measure angle immediately after bending, compare to programmed angle, compute springback per material type/thickness/bend radius combination
  • K-factor validation: measure developed blank length from 3D scan, back-calculate actual K-factor for the material batch, update bending program for production
  • Digital protractor replacement: eliminate operator-dependent angle measurement — every bend measurement is objective, repeatable, and automatically documented
