A remanufacturing assessment 3D scanner with 50 blue laser lines and 0.022mm accuracy, purpose-built for heavy equipment core evaluation, worn surface reconstruction, and salvage welding deposit planning.

Key Features

  • Core assessment scan: digitize incoming core, compute material loss volume, determine if the part is economically rebuildable before any work begins
  • Worn surface 3D reconstruction: compare scanned worn surface against nominal CAD model or new-part reference scan to compute stock allowance requirements
  • Salvage welding deposit planning: calculate required weld deposit volume and coverage area, optimize buildup sequence, minimize post-weld machining time
  • Rebuilt vs. new specification comparison: scan finished remanufactured part and validate against OEM new-part specifications with automated pass/fail
