Built on the Phasight Max Series large-format platform — 86 laser lines with an expanded 800×700mm scan area for large-component metrology.
Key Features
- 100 blue laser lines at 0.020mm on robot end-effector: digitize 5-ton castings in a robotic metrology cell, generate CNC rough stock models, feed to CAM
- Automated rough stock model generation: the scanner digitizes the as-cast/forged part, computes the minimum-envelope stock model, exports to CAM for adaptive roughing
- Robot path compensation: scan actual workpiece position on machine table, compute 6-DOF offset from programmed position, update robot machining path
- 24/7 lights-out metrology: the robotic scanning cell operates unattended, automatically digitizing incoming castings and generating machining programs
