An ATEX-optional petrochemical 3D scanner with 86 blue laser lines at 0.025mm accuracy, purpose-built for pressure vessel corrosion assessment per API 579 Fitness-For-Service, storage tank floor scanning, and process column dimensional verification.
Key Features
- API 579 FFS data collection: scan corroded vessel regions, export 3D surface geometry directly to FFS finite element software for Level 2/3 assessment
- Storage tank floor corrosion mapping: scan tank floor plates, generate thickness grid maps with automated minimum thickness identification and remaining life estimation
- Process column tray support ring dimensional verification: scan tray support rings inside columns, verify levelness and ring circumference for tray installation
- Optional ATEX Zone 2 certification allows scanner deployment within classified hazardous areas during plant operation — no hot work permit required
