A hydropower equipment 3D scanner with 86 blue laser lines at 0.022mm accuracy, engineered for hydro turbine runner inspection, cavitation damage mapping, and draft tube dimensional verification.

  • Hydro turbine runner blade inspection: scan Francis runner blades in-situ, measure blade profile deviation from hydraulic design, identify cavitation damage location and depth
  • Cavitation damage mapping: quantify cavitation pit depth, area, and volume, estimate weld repair material requirements, prioritize repair scope based on damage severity
  • Guide vane and wicket gate alignment: scan multiple guide vanes, measure vane angle synchronization, verify all vanes achieve same opening angle for uniform flow
  • Stay ring and discharge ring concentricity: scan both rings, compute relative center offset and angular misalignment, determine if re-alignment or machining is required
