- Virtual fit analysis: scan two mating structural sections, virtually assemble in software, verify bolted connection alignment, interface gap, and interference
- Interference detection with 0.020mm accuracy: identify potential clash conditions between installed systems and the primary steel structure
- Module assembly verification: scan completed modules, compute interface dimensions against integration plan, validate all module-to-module interfaces align within tolerance
