An ultra-capacity 3D scanner with 100 blue laser lines at 0.020mm accuracy, purpose-built for die-casting tool thermal growth analysis, multi-cavity balance verification, and large die/mold dimensional inspection.

  • Die-casting tool thermal growth analysis: scan tool at cold and hot states, compute thermal expansion vectors, optimize die design for uniform thermal growth
  • Multi-cavity balance verification: scan all cavities in a multi-cavity die, compute cavity-to-cavity dimensional variation, identify cavities requiring correction
  • 100 laser lines at 0.020mm accuracy: capture fine mold details including ribs, bosses, and texture patterns with sufficient point density for complete characterization
  • Die/mold wear trending: scan die at defined shot-count intervals, quantify wear rates on gates, cores, and ejector pin marks, predict die refurbishment timing
