Built on the Phasight Fast Series high-throughput platform — 50 blue laser lines at 7.5M points/sec for rapid production-line dimensional verification.

Key Features

  • SRM-compliant dent mapping: scan damage area → automatically compute dent depth, length, width, and aspect ratio → compare against SRM allowable damage limits
  • Blend-out verification: scan after damage removal, measure blend radius, depth, and surface smoothness against the SRM blend-out specification
  • Composite repair scarf verification: scan scarfed repair area, measure scarf angle, step depth per ply, and overall repair envelope against engineering repair scheme
  • Pre and post-repair 3D documentation: capture as-found damage condition and as-repaired configuration in a single digital record for continuing airworthiness
