A wide-area handheld 3D scanner with 50 blue laser lines and 7.8 million points per second, purpose-built for ship hull plate forming verification, large welded structure inspection, and wind turbine nacelle cover dimensional audit.
Key Features
- 7.8M pts/sec on 600×550mm scan area per frame — digitize a 12m ship hull panel with automated stitching in under 15 minutes
- Steel plate forming fairness analysis: overlay scan on hull lines plan, compute plate deflection from designed curvature, generate fairness correction maps
- Large welded structure dimensional verification: measure overall length, width, diagonal, and critical interface dimensions on structures up to 25m
- Thermal cutting compensation: scan cut plates, compare to nesting drawing, compute thermal distortion compensation values for CNC cutting program adjustment
